Maybe her decline in naps is because she's on the verge of figuring out this walking thing? I've always heard that right before hitting a new developmental milestone, sleep stinks because they are sorting it through and rehearsing it in their heads? Or she may be starting to transition form 2-1 nap... I've also heard that that is the hardest transition. Everything I've read said there's a period of 1 nap not being enough but 2 being too much for awhile. Around here I'm trying desperately to hold onto 2 naps for as long as I can. Somedays we do only have one though. It just depends.Once Upon A Timehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08865931408744885743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-844691421190784635.post-72602220109600866792011-04-21T04:24:33.849-04:002011-04-21T04:24:33.849-04:00Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. It is ...Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. It is so much harder to keep it all together when you're sick.
Emma sounds adorable but day sleeps are tough.

We're in a similar routine to you. I've tried to cut down to one lunchtime sleep, but she then only sleeps for one hour once a day rather than one hour twice a day. So I'm sticking to two sleeps a day for as long as I can. Let me know how you get on!Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17419258143246843192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-844691421190784635.post-28723309323282462592011-04-20T22:45:43.987-04:002011-04-20T22:45:43.987-04:00Hope you both start feeling better soon!Hope you both start feeling better soon!Courtneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10676218432177573142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-844691421190784635.post-9192508937399731972011-04-19T13:50:42.630-04:002011-04-19T13:50:42.630-04:00Have you thought about moving to 1 nap a day? So now she doesnt have an am nap. She has lunch at 12 and directly down for nap. this nap is usually 2 1/2 to 3 hours and she is a much happier baby. Just a thought.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
